China National Complete Plant Import & Export Corporation (Group) (Complant for short) was established in November 1959. During the following 34 years, as an exclusive organization entrusted by the Chinese government in executing China-aided complete plant projects in foreign countries, Complant functioned internally as government agency to organize and manage all China-aided projects, and externally as general contractor. Since 1996, Complant has been honored as one of the top 225 International Contractors by Engineering News Record, U.S.A..

COMPLANT International Transportation Co., Ltd., officially registered in 1993, is affiliated to the China National Complete Plant Import & Export Corporation (abbreviated as COMPLANT) and is the first-class International Transportation Agency approved by the State competent agency.
